Clergy Women, YOU are invited to Steal Away from the complexities of day-to-day ministry to participate in a Clergy Women’s Day Apart. We are continuing our journey toward Biblical Health and Well-Being. The five inter-related dimensions of well-being identified by The Center for Health (physical, emotional, spiritual, social and financial) will be introduced, with our primary focus on exploring the Biblical perspective of emotional health.

9:00-9:30 am – Registration
9:30-9:50 – Integrating Mind, Body, & Spirit through Gentle Movement with Meditation Practice (Outdoors, weather permitting)
10:00-10:50 – Session #1: Overview of the Five Dimensions of Health and Well-Being: Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Social & Financial
10:50 – Break
11:00 am – Session #2: Negotiating the Many Roles of a Clergy Woman. 1) Assessing the Realities 2) Reclaiming Spiritual Disciplines & Other Tools to Promote Vitality in Ministry and Mission
12:00-1:30 pm – Lunch & Creative Sabbath. Take a walk to explore the beautiful grounds and building, have a fireside chat with clergy sisters, visit the prayer room, journal, try a craft, or just relax.
1:30-1:45 pm – Contemplative Prayer Practice
